Post by: Singing Land Cruiser on April 02, 2009, 06:35:52 AM
Whats your dream Toy Tool? If you could have one extravagant tool aboard to help maintain your bus, What would it be and where would you carry it?
All the Best, Michael & Christi

I carry a set of 18.5 volt portable drill, bit and driver kit, 5" skil saw, recip saw with metal and wood cutting blades. Box of various screws, both wood and metal. Bus never leaves home without these and have been essential many times.

Was their life prior to Makita?  Now they have "driver" drills that will do 100lbs of torque as an impact wrench.  Ion batteries....my next step.

Amazing!

A CL65 AMG    ;D   :o

With that as a toad, It wouldn't take long to fetch what I needed.  ;D

Of course, If I could afford one of those, I could afford enough preventive maintenance that road breakdowns would either be minor or require a tow . . .
