Title: rust on an iggle, tell me it's not true
Post by: cody on March 17, 2009, 11:08:09 AM
Well, guys, yesterday I had a portable welder guy come over and look at my bays, I feel the time has come to replace some of the corroded supports so I can get actively involved in the final and permanent temporary placement of the junk I carry but never use, I also want to be able to add some major tankage and stuff like that, no idea on what kind of a price he is going to come up with all I know is that he said something about hawaii and maybe europe lol, wonder if the war department has any trade in value. hmmmmmmmm.  He's the same guy that created and bolted on my hitch, those that have seen the hitch know he's a firm believer in overkill, on my hitch the crossmembers are 3/4 inch steel bar stock 5 inches wide and they are held in place by 3/4 x8 inch grade 8 bolts, he likes things to stay put lol.,,,, to be continued,,,,,

Good luck Cody. I know the feeling. If money is an issue then do a bit at a time.
