Title: Forum moves tooooo quickly
Post by: viento1 on February 17, 2009, 03:44:44 PM
Hello, I know that I am just a new member and I do  not want to step on anyones toes. This forum is soooo active and moves so quickly, I have a hard time keeping up. Would you consider having a few more headers?

Viento1,

If you will look in the upper left hand corner under where it says, "Hello Viento1", you'll see a line that says, "Show Unread Posts since your last visit".
Click on that, and you will only see the posts that have been added or answered since your last visit.

Good Luck!

Dallas

My favorite is the one that says "Show new replies to your posts". If you want to follow a topic, just jump in and say something and it will always be there for you to pick up when you get time. Or if you need advice on something it makes it easy to go right to it.  ;D
I love this board ;D ;D, Will

This forum runs at a very liesurely pace compared to some others I monitor.

One forum I monitor will get at least a half page of new threads while I am reading one thread.  A single thread can get 300 to 500 posts in an hour for popular threads.  Even medicore threads can get dozens and dozens of replies in an hour or two.  There isn't any realistic way to keep up without basically reading that forum almost 24x7.
