I'm looking for some replacement windshield washer connectors. They are the ones that are on the outside on the front of the bus. the rubber hose connects to them. I'm not sure of the make as the bus is a Prevost but the company had all MCI's in their fleet. The Prevost was the owners personal travel home, and has some replacement parts that aren't Prevost.
These folks seem to have many goodies for your needs. I am sure there are other companies they were the first I clicked on after a Google search.

When we switched to electric wipers, we installed "wet arm" washer nozzles. These attach to the wiper arm and put a layer of water right in front of the wiper blade. I got the idea from the washers on the new ambulance the Fire Department sent to our station. Jack

We bought them at a local truck parts place along with 2 universal washer pumps and a couple fittins for the hose. The fittings are to allow me to remove the wiper arm assemblies while leaving the rest of the tubing intact. We use the OEM washer jug for our resevoir. The only problem is that the fluid tends to drain back down to the resevoir, it it takes afew seconds to pump the fluid back up to the nozzles. Jack
The new MCI and Prevost nozzles have 4 streams, if you want to overcome the challenge of getting it all wet regardless of roadspeed.
IIRC, there's a check valve that may be employed to prevent drain back.

Jack, I have the ones that go to the wipers but the fitting that the little rubber hose hooks on broke off. I need to replace the fitting that goes into the front of the coach that the hose connects to. I bought new hose. Your installation looks good.

I would check at a truck parts place. If you can't locate the part, ask someone at your local school bus shop if they know of a source. Jack
