Title: MC8 door seals
Post by: Melbo on January 31, 2009, 12:27:12 PM
I have an MC8 and would like to replace the door seals. They are made of extruded aluminum and the appearance is not that great also the rubber parts are torn and hard. I have looked in my parts book and cannot find a part number for this.

I have not yet called MCI to see what they have to say but if I have the part number I can check price and availability at MCI on the web.

Anyone have any information about this.

Mel. I have no pics or info either, only a suggestion.
Call IBP in Florida for prices too. (International Bus parts).
Good luck with your homework.

I think the US Coach would have the rubber, but maybe not the aluminum.

I had an air leak problem around my door, I used 1/4X1 1/2 armaflex tape (peel and press) easy, cheep fix, after 5 yrs. so far so good.
