VIP products is the company I bought my new steering wheel from.  They have a wide range of nice looking wheels to choose from, and they have different inserts in the center so the wheels will fit virtually any vehicle.  I think International Bus and Parts carries the VIP line.  VIP would not sell to me direct, until I aksed if they had any factory seconds, and then they would and did.  When I got the wheel, I looked and looked and never did find where the "blemish" was.  half price too.  I'd do that again in a heartbeat.
