I was installing new tag axle air bags this evening and was going to leave the shocks alone BUT
yes there is always a but and it means more work and more money
The shocks were in the way of the last nut necessary to remove the air bag so I had to pull the shocks and since I have them off if someone knows a NAPA or other national supplier part number for the tag axle shocks on an MC8 so I can pick them up quickly and locally I would like to replace them.
If not I will just put the old ones back on because in less than 36 hours we are off on an adventure and the leaking air bag was a must but the shocks are an option.
